9.7- Macros

A macro is really just a recording of a series of button presses, clicks and typing. When you
record a macro, you just press record, perform the steps you want to complete, stop
recording, let Word create the programming for you, and then assign the macro to a button
or keyboard shortcut. When you want to perform this series of actions in the future, just
activate the macro.

By clicking on the properties, you can find out everything related to your file from the
number of words inside it, its size, the number of working hours in it, and several other
information. You can also make a copy of it, share it with other people and work on it.
