9.6-Window

Each document that you open in a word program can be considered as a window. It is
possible to open multiple windows from the same document.

9.6.1-New Window

Used to open a new window containing the current document view. Suppose you are
working on your document and you want to make a change, but you are not sure if it will
affect the original document, you can open a copy of the current window by clicking View
and then a new window.

9.6.2-Arrange All

Used to place frames and show them together in a horizontal plane. If you have several
documents open you can arrange them all with a click of a button. Just click on the order all
command in the view tab.
