- 1. Select the frame of the video clip.
- 2. In the ribbon, on the Playback Tools tab, open the Start menu and select the

appropriate option for you:

- Option Description
- In a click sequence this is the default behavior, as described above. When you
click anywhere on the slide to advance to the next step, the video will play.
- The video clip starts playing automatically.:(If there are any animation steps
before it, the animation steps will play first and then the video will start playing
automatically; if there are no animation steps before the video on the slide, it
will start playing immediately.)
- When you click it :The video starts playing only when you click on it

- Insert video, then trim timing on video clips, change audio volume, and add
background to video from internal file and online.

- 5.19 Screen recording to record online lectures
- To record screen:
- 1. Open the slide on which you want to place the screen recording.
- 2. From the Insert tab of the ribbon, select Screen Recording.
- 3. In Control Dock, choose Select Region (or if you want to select the entire

screen for recording, press Windows key +Shift+ F). You will see the crossed
cursor
