- 4. . Select and drag to select the area of the screen you want to record. The
minimum area size you can record is 64x64 pixels.

- Tip: PowerPoint automatically records mouse pointer sound, so these options
are selected by default in the control dock. To turn them off, turn off Sound
and Recorder.

- 5. Select Record. Use pause as needed and stop when the work is finished.
- 6. The video is added to the slide. Right-click the video frame, select the Start

icon, and then choose how you want the video to start: in a click sequence,
automatically, or on click.
- 7. You can change the appearance of the video by right-clicking the video
frame, selecting the Style icon, and choosing another appearance.

- 8. Right-click the video frame, and select Save Media As.
- 9. In the Save media as box, choose a folder, and in the File name box, type a
name.
