Through the desktop

For quick access, you can
also create a Control Panel

shortcut on your desktop.

- Open the Start menu, then
scroll down in the list of
applications until you find
the Windows System file.
Click on it and you will see
the Control Panel.

- Press and hold on it, then
drag and drop it to the

desktop.

To access it, open File
Explorer and paste C:
\Windows\System32
into the address bar at
the top to enter that
path. Find control in the
file list. You will find
many files and it may be
difficult for you to find it
quickly, so type it in the
search box at the top so
that it appears directly
to you. Double-click
control.exe to enter Control Panel.
