First level: The total number of all orders for all areas

             The second level: The number of orders for each region in brief

             The third level: It is the detailed level that displays all the details
             To calculate the total quantity of orders for each area, click the Subtotal
        command from the Data menu, and choose for each change in “Area” to use the
        “Sum” function and add a subtotal to “Quantity” and then “OK.”
