- Click on the arrow that appears, then go to the “January” worksheet and select
all the data inside it, then click Enter. The following menu will appear:

Select Add, and the following menu will appear:

Note that the month of January has been added. To add February, go to the
“February” worksheet. You will find that the data inside it is automatically
highlighted. Now click Add. The rest of the months are added in the same way. The
following figure appears:
