21- SUBTOTAL:
This function calculates the total for a set of data. It allows calculating the total
using various functions such as the SUM function, the AVERAGE function, the
maximum value function (MAX), the minimum value function (MIN), and others.

To calculate the number of orders in each area in the table, arrange the area
data in alphabetical order
