standalone Whiteboard apps: Select the Share button at the top right, where you can
create a share link. Send this link to the participants. You can collaborate outside of a
meeting or share your screen during a meeting.
How do I interact with Whiteboard?

You can use Whiteboard on almost every device — whether you're using a mouse
and keyboard, a screen reader, a touchscreen, or a pen. For example, you can use
Surface Pen to completely unlock drawing and wiping on your Surface, pen or finger
to interact on a touchscreen, or mouse and keyboard, and make Whiteboard's Ink
Beauty feature make lines and shapes look perfect.
Insert templates into whiteboard.
Templates make it easy to plan projects, develop ideas, and collaborate in Microsoft
Whiteboard. To insert a template:
• Select the Add Template button in the toolbar.
• Select the “Recommended” button.
• Select the Create (plus) button in the toolbar.
• Select the Templates button in the Create panel.
