a. Print slides
PowerPoint Online used to let you print only one slide per page,
including headers and footers. But it's improved now where you
can print full-page slides, slides with notes, or handouts with three
slides per page.

b. Grid and Guides
If you want to align multiple elements on your slide and make sure
they have the same size and on the same font, one of the features
of the desktop version, which is not in the cloud version, is the
Grid“and Guides” option in the View menu.

c. Viewing the presentation
One of the features of PowerPoint is the ability to change the views
where this in turn provides different alternatives to interact with
your slide deck such as slide sorter view, outline view and reading
view. Only the desktop version of PowerPoint contains these
features, but one of the features that was recently added to
PowerPoint Online is the slide sorter, as Figure 38 shows.
