Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, & His Excellency the
Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities, Prof. Dr. Mostafa Refaat for their
continuous support, which has had a significant impact on the development of the FDTC
across Egyptian universities and institutions, meeting the needs of the target groups and
ensuring alignment with contemporary requirements.
The Unit also extends its appreciation to the Higher Committee, the Scientific Content
Development Committee for the FDTC modules, the team of the Central Unit for Information
Technology Training at the Knowledge and Electronic Services Center of the Supreme
Council of Universities, and all those who contributed to the issuance, dissemination,
accessibility, and continuous development of the FDTC certificate.
