Important Notice:
Students holding commercial secondary schools’ diploma (three-year system) and whose exams will start from Saturday, September 14th., 2024, until Tuesday, September 17th., 2024. Please be reminded that Sunday, September 15, 2024, is an exam day at the faculty.
Students must follow the instructions issued by the respective faculties holding the exams, including following to the exam schedule and being seated in the designated areas according to their seat numbers. Additionally, students should follow the specific instructions related to bubble sheets and how to fill in the answer sheet correctly.
Instructions:
- Use a black or blue ballpoint pen to fully and clearly fill the circle with a solid fill, and avoid shading or drawing with a light color. Writing any QR code is not allowed.
- It is strictly prohibited to fill in more than one answer for a single question, and erasing or scratching off answers is not permitted.
- Some examples of correct and incorrect answers are provided below:
- Correct Filling: Only one answer is fully filled.
- Incorrect Filling:
- Partially filled circle.
- Filling outside the lines or incorrectly marking the circle.
- Shading two answers together.
- If you do not follow these instructions, you will be legally responsible, and the incorrectly filled answers will not be counted by the electronic grading system, such as those shown above.
- Make sure the question number on the answer sheet matches the question number on the exam paper before filling in the circle.
- Once filled, this answer sheet cannot be replaced with another one. Also, tearing this sheet will not be replaced with another one.
- Students are not allowed to leave before the end of the exam.
- Make sure to write and fill out your name correctly on the printed name field before submitting the sheet.
