About the Unit
The Central Training Unit for Information Technology was established in 2006, and sub-training centers for information technology were set up at Egyptian government universities. Since 2019, training and testing for the Fundamentals of Digital Transformation Certification (FDTC) have been implemented, as approved by the Supreme Council of Universities for postgraduate students and faculty members.
In response to requests from various scientific, academic, and governmental institutions in the country for participation in awarding the FDTC to their members, training and testing centers have been accredited within these institutions according to specific criteria and standards.
