Prof. Dr. Mona Abdelhamid Higres has held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Quality Unit at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Academic Coordinator for the Water and Hydraulic Structures Engineering Program, Ambassador of Excellence at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, and Evaluation Officer for the Ain Shams University Excellence Award.
Dr. Mona has extensive experience in human development and education quality. She is a reviewer with the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, an internationally certified trainer, and a human resources development consultant with the International Council of International Trainers. Additionally, she is a certified trainer at the Training and Development Center at Ain Shams University.
She participated in establishing the Teacher Development and Support Center at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, and has made significant contributions to student activities, including the founding of “Evolution,” an initiative aimed at improving student life at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
In her research, she is a reviewer for numerous international journals and has published many papers in the fields of water and energy.
