5- Save presentation file: The Save and Save As tools are used to store files in
multiple places and in multiple types, a presentation can be saved as a

template, PDF, PPTX, PPSX, image or video.

In this window:

- The file can be stored on Drive.
- The file can be stored on the computer.

The difference between save and save as:

- There is no difference in the case of first-time saving.
- Save is used in case of modification to the file and we want to add the

modification to the same file.
- Save As is used in the following cases (if we want the old file as it is without

adding modification - or if we want to change the type of save - or if we want
to change the place of save - or if we want to change the file name).

6- To adjust the autosave settings and include fonts in the file through the File
tab and then click on Options.
