Presentation skills help to create innovative ideas and make a creative
presentation, therefore, it is used in the following applications:
1. Display various educational media such as text, images, still graphics, animation,

audio, and video.
2. Design a set of slides or static boards to explain or simplify a particular idea.
3. It is a good way to manage and organize the course of discussion in the training

room.
4. It supports higher levels of thinking and keeps trainees focused and engaged.
