The shapes that you have added act as keys or buttons for the database that you
are creating. After you finish adding shapes make a hyperlink to open a worksheet
when each key is clicked. To create a hyperlink between the keys and the different
worksheets by clicking the right mouse button and choosing “hyperlink”, then
choose “place in this document”, choose the name of the worksheet to be opened,
then click OK.
