Multiple choice activity:

-Click the Activity button as shown in the previous figure to start the survey.
-Then click on the type of question you want... We start with the first type,
multiple choice.

3. The question is placed here, and the question text can be replaced with an image.
4. Choices are placed here.
5. The text of the choices can be replaced with an image.
6. Another option can be added by clicking Add option.
7. You can add another question (activity) by clicking on Add another activity.
8. By clicking on the Create button, the question is created.
