            - 5.1 Insert and format a table.
            - A table can be added to a slide by creating it directly in PowerPoint.
            - You can also copy and paste a table from Word or Excel.
            - Note: Existing slide text cannot be converted to a table. Insert a blank table,

               and then add text to it.

            - You can organize information or data using tables on your slides, use Table
               Styles to format the tables, and then change the layout.
