Apply what was explained in how to create models for tables in a government
university database
1. Design a form containing data for graduates of the College of Computers and
Information. It contains the student’s name, seat number, the student’s cumulative
total, grade, and percentage.
2. Include the university logo and college name in the header of the form and the
signature of the college dean in the footer of the form
3. Display the previous model in more than one way.
