Second: Design a form using Form Design

Using one of the features of the Access program, you can design forms, determine the shape
of the form you want, what table it should be based on, format it, and control the way it is
displayed by following the following steps:

1- Click on Create menu
2- Choose form design

The following grid area will appear

3- The form must be linked to an existing table by clicking on the Property sheet
4- A list appears on the right side of the grid area, then select Form from the drop-down

list
