      Forms

      What is the form?

                   A form is simply an easy way to enter data into a database or view records individually.
               The form contains fields that enable you to write or display information for each field or
               customize it to perform a specific task, such as running a query or macro. The form is directly
               connected to the data source in the database, such as a table or query

                   The form can be used in Microsoft Access to enter, edit, and display data and records.
               Forms allow you to display data for one record at a time, in a more attractive format than
               Datasheet view for tables and queries. Forms can be created using fields from either a table
               or a query. Data added to the form will be added to the table or query on which the form is
               based. Conversely, forms, such as tables and queries, can be opened in two views: Form
               View, which displays the actual data, and Design View, which is used to create or modify the
               form structure. In the Design view, you can customize forms by adding or removing fields,
               changing the background color or pattern, or choosing between several layouts to enter.
               Using forms can reduce the time you spend entering data and improve the accuracy of the
               data you form. You will learn how to set forms to accept only certain values or data formats,
               such as greater than a specific number or before a certain date, and you can also create
               forms that perform data calculations, such as calculating the percentage of a student's total.

      Create a basic form:

               First: Create a form using a pre-existing table:

                1-Open a table in Datasheet view, then click Create

               2- Choose a form
