The database in Access 2019 contains a group of objects or elements that
            can be used to display and manage information, such as:

            Tables: They are the place where data is stored in the database. Tables
                      consist of fields (columns) and records (rows).

            Forms: They are the place to record and edit the data that you want to
                      save in the table .

            Queries: They are objects for performing operations on data in tables,
                      such as deleting or updating records, creating tables, or
                      appending records to them .

            Reports: They are objects for displaying and printing Data in various
                      forms, methods and formats.

      The most important features of Access:

                • Saving a lot of repetitive tasks once you prepare the appropriate
                    presentation or report form.

                • As a result of the presence of: Object Linking and Embedding (OLE)
                    technology, Access can contain any work prepared by the rest of
                    the Office family, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

                • Access enables you to link the program to data There is a variety of
                    data available on a server device or on the same device, and also of
                    many types, such as data in Excel, for example, in addition to forms
                    and reports. Through an internal network or even through the
                    Internet.

                • There is a great development in Access Pages technology, which
                    enables you to prepare forms that can be viewed and modify data
                    through an internal network or even through the Internet.
