6 - Dealing with work sheets:

6.1 – Select all work sheets:
By clicking the mouse over the tab at the bottom of the Excel window, you can
quickly select one or more sheets.
1. To select two or more adjacent sheets: Click the tab for the first sheet, and
then hold down SHIFT while clicking the tab for the last sheet to select.
2. To select two or more nonadjacent sheets: Click the tab for the first sheet, and
then hold down CTRL while you click the tabs for the other sheets you want to select.
3. To select all sheets in a workbook: Right-click a sheet tab, and then click the
Select All Sheets option.

You can also select one worksheet and then click the CTRL key to select other
worksheets.
