- Step 4: You will be asked to select the window you want to present. Since you
already kept the PowerPoint file open in step 1, click the PowerPoint window and
press the Share button. You can open your PowerPoint presentation now, too. It will
appear in the list of open windows.

- Step 5: The PowerPoint window will appear in the foreground when you click Share.
Reduce the size of the PowerPoint window if you want to see other Google Meet
participants or view the chat window.

- Step 6: At this point, the entire PowerPoint window is shared, as shown in
the screenshot. You can show your slides just by activating the slide show
mode.
