- Step 3: Click on the Apply Now option available at the bottom. You'll see
three options - Your Entire Screen, Window, and Chrome Tab. If you go with
the former, all participants will see every action you take on your computer
and all the data on top. When switching between apps, participants will see
that too. To protect your privacy, choose the second option, i.e. “Window”
from the menu if your PowerPoint presentation is saved on your device.

Note:
If you want to share a Google Slides file or a PowerPoint file that's open in a Google
Chrome tab, click the Chrome tab instead. Then select the Chrome tab containing your
presentation file or other document. Doing so will only share your Chrome tab and nothing
else from your computer.
