It is one of the programs that also falls under the type of SaaS, as it is
used to provide technical support to customers. Through it, business
owners can subscribe to the service and link it to the main website
interface, and then the service begins to receive support requests from
customers. Consequently, and through the control interface it
provides, the customer support team can solve the problems that arise
on the system. Thanks to the problem tracking mechanism, different
levels of management can monitor the progress of problem checking
and resolution, and even obtain feedback from customer reviews.

• Heroku Platform
Heroku is a type of cloud computing that provides its services in the
form of PaaS to provide tools for developers as an environment for
testing, managing, and launching software projects. The platform
supports many programming languages, which attracts different
developers of various specializations to use it with flexibility and an
appropriate cost for the software development period before launch.
One of the most important advantages offered by the platform is
collaborative work between the work team, which allows the team to
participate in preparing software projects without the need to be in
the same place.
