Through this command, you can do many formatting on letters, and the drop-down menu
contains the following commands: No drop / drop / in margin / drop options, which enables
the selection of letter formats on the drop of words.

This command allows you to use and insert digital signatures into your documents, and the
command inserts a digital signature line that identifies who should sign.

3.10.6 Insert Date & Time: (Insert Date & Time)

Through this command, you can Group the time and date and insert it into the document in
the place you choose, and it also allows you to choose the time and date format.
