The card number, expiration date, and card verification value (CVV) inscribed on
the back of the card are the most crucial data written on banking cards. You must not
reveal this information, send it over email, or publish it in any way.

                • Use One Time Password (OTP) in your financial transactions: One-time

password (OTP) is a new authentication layer used in financial
transactions. It is a random password that is sent to your phone or
generated by an application to validate your identity and expires minutes
after you get it, making it the ideal solution for securing your identity.
Many banks offer apps to help customers obtain the OTP needed to
safeguard financial transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
                • Shopping only from trusted websites and apps: Make sure you purchase
only from trusted sites and sellers when making purchases online. Every
safe website gets an SSL security certificate. The website's obtaining of
this certificate indicates that it has the means to safeguard user data. You
can check it by looking at the site's domain, which begins with HTTPS
rather than HTTP and has a green padlock next to it. Also, you must verify
the accuracy of the letters in the link title to identify fraudulent websites.
