Create a form using Blank Form:

A form can be designed from the starting point for several tables linked together in the same
database by following the following steps:

1- From the Create menu, choose Blank Form

2- A blank form appears, then the first table on which the form is based is selected,
from which the required fields are selected by double-clicking on the field name and
repeating this for the other tables linked to the first table and entering the
appropriate formats by following the previous steps mentioned in designing a form
using Form design.
