• First you log in to the account and then click on the profile picture.
• Access the Settings section and then the Profile Settings pane.
• Click on the account picture until you see the option to change the image or tap the pen

image at the top of the screen to change the account name.

About Microsoft Teams

• The Microsoft Teams app ensures that data and information shared between users are
protected.

• Teams provide the feature of referring to team members by adding the @ symbol before
typing the member's name, and users can also view conversation logs within channels.

• Each team has up to 10 GB of storage and each team member has 2 GB of storage.
• Microsoft Teams provides a set of tools that ensure students can communicate with

teachers in an easy way with the ability to ask questions and wait for teachers to answer.
• The Teams application allows teachers to send assignments to students online, as well

as the ability to make tests for students during the meeting using all the tools provided
by the program.
Teams is considered a social networking program, as the application provides the ability
to communicate with members by sending audio clips or by chatting via text messages.

ASSIGNEMENT

Create a new team, make it private, add a name to it, and then add a group of
members to it.
